2⃣ If time permits, visit both, but plan your itinerary as they are far apart.
3⃣ For Ghibli works and films, the museum is recommended.
4⃣ For a strong experience, Ghibli Park is better with its IP scene creation and movie atmosphere. Limited tickets available for August-October

Visiting the **Ghibli Museum** was a truly magical experience. It showcases the artistry behind animation, highlighting how Ghibli, a pioneer in the field, created beautiful films without modern computers. Seeing the meticulous process of hand-drawing and painting each frame was awe-inspiring.The museum's architecture and interior perfectly capture the whimsical and mysterious essence of the Ghibli world. While photography isn't allowed, this enhances the experience, urging fans to immerse themselves fully in the magic of the exhibits. Each entry ticket resembles a film strip from the animations, making it a beautiful keepsake of the visit. It’s no surprise that the Ghibli Museum remains a favorite among locals and tourists, with tickets often being hard to come by. Overall, my visit was unforgettable and a must-see for any Ghibli fan!
It’s a really amazing place where you can slowly explore the ghibli world!! It’s really worth the money!! Thanks trip.com for allowing me have this chance to enter this museum as the tickets were really hard to get! Please book early to avoid disappointment as I only had 2 hours there which is definitely not enough!!
It is worth a visit! In fact, it is very convenient to go by yourself, but there is a leader to take it, which is more comfortable. JR Sanying stood down and changed the bus directly to the entrance of the art museum. This time I happened to encounter the hand-painted manuscript special exhibition of "what kind of life do you want to live?". I was very lucky. Although the art gallery is small, it is rich in content ~ especially those who like Miyazaki's paintings, must come and see ~
A wonderful place to visit the museum ghibli, we were able to learn about Ghibli, which is production, and enjoy the playful designs throughout the museum shop.
Beautiful artwork collection including the draft and story board. ticket cone with another ticket for watching a short animation clip exclusive to the museum. no photo is allowed indoor but outdoor there are totoro and castle of the sky character you can take photo with. everymonth there is a special exhibition. overall excellent visit highly recommended.

Tickets for this museum go on sale one day each month, for 2 months in advance. It was difficult to get a ticket, but cheap. This museum is small and photos are not allowed inside, but was so beautiful and interesting. I loved watching the short film which you can only view at this museum.
