Tip of Lake Saroma!
Original Text
From the city of Yubetsu Town, we headed east on a huge sandbar-like part that separates Lake Saroma and the Sea of Okhotsk. Right there, there was this Ryugudai Observatory Park where the mouth of Lake Saroma was located. There are only 100m between Lake Saroma and the Sea of Okhotsk around here, but to overlook both seas, you have to climb this observatory, which looks like an observatory deck. From the observatory, the vast ... spreading on the shore of Lake Saroma right there.
It's on a sandbar between Lake Saroma and the Sea of Okhotsk.

This Ryugudai Observatory Park is located just west of the mouth of Lake Saroma. Although it is not very high from the sea, there is a magnificent observatory with a high height. From there, you can overlook the Sea of Okhotsk on the north side and Lake Saroma on the south side. On the shore side of Lake Saroma on the observatory, there is Misatohama Campsite. The parking lot is large and it is a campsite with a fairly large capacity. On the way to this point, there are fishermen's houses and warehouses scattered on the shore of Lake Saroma. ...
Observatory sandwiched between the Sea of Okhotsk and Lake Saroma
Original Text
It is an observatory near the tip of the northwestwestern tip of the sandbar that borders the Sea of Okhotsk and Lake Saroma. From the observatory, Lake Saroma extends to the south side of the narrow sandbar and the Sea of Okhotsk extends to the north side. According to the inscription, when the great turtle caught in the net was returned to the sea at the beginning of the Showa period, it came to be called ryugyodai because the cherry blossoms became a great fishing in the following year. It seems that the bus is coming to the nearby village, but it is a little inconvenient without a car.
From the observatory here you can see both the Sea of Okhotsk and Lake Saroma. Unexpectedly, people were coming, and when I visited, the anglers enjoyed fishing in the Sea of Okhotsk. By the way, when I came, it was cloudy and the scenery didn't look very beautiful ... Next time, let's visit so as not to miss a sunny day (^.^)
Lake Saroma and the Okhotsk Sea are seen simultaneously. However, this time is not the best season yet, and when I look at the sea, I feel that spring has finally arrived. When I looked at Lake Saroma, I saw a lot of fishing boats, probably because they were fishing for scallops.
