There are four statues and a pavilion on Dorchester Square, forming a five-point plum blossom layout, including the Boer War Memorial, the Lion of Belfort, and the statue of Robert Burns. The square is close to the Montreal Central Station, the Sainte-Marie Hotel and the "Cathedrale Marie Reine du Monde". The green space in the square is well maintained, and from time to time there are birds and a few squirrels that are not afraid of people leaping between the lawn or tree trunks.

Although it is called the Plaza, it is located in the center of the old town, and Durchester Square is not very big. But it is almost the only place in the city center with older shaded trees and large lawns, and the only place I saw with squirrels in Montreal. There are a lot of cute (but fattened by tourists) squirrel pigeons and ostriches waiting for the passersby to hand out nuts and crumbs of bread.
Durchester Square and Place du Canada (Place du Canada) are two green squares close to each other. They are located in the center of the city center of Montjuic. Inside the square stands a statue of Sir John A. Macdonald, the first prime minister of Canada. . The square is surrounded by famous buildings, tall and majestic, the environment in the square is elegant, with trees lined with flowers, and many exquisite sculptures all around.
The square is located next to the central railway station, in front of which is the Cathedrale Marie-Reine-du-Monde, the main church after the world of Notre Dame. The overall appearance of the church is spectacular. The tall green dome and giant stone pillars in front of the door show the Baroque architectural style of the Neo-Renaissance era. The interior design also imitates the St. Peter's Cathedral to a considerable extent, and the tall dome is extremely gorgeous and magnificent.
