This pleasant neighborhood was developed in the early 20th Century with big houses, single family and duplex. It is somewhat close-in so is now valuable. Diverse population. Not a tourist spot.

This was suburbia in the early 20th Century, now an older neighborhood, somewhat close-in and now very diverse. Lots of bit older houses with commercial strips, and served by the subway.
This is a big neighborhood in central Brooklyn with big frame houses. Multi-cultural, lots of immigrants. Residential with shopping streets. Not for tourists, but a good place to live.
