As dusk turned to night, the city lights began to sparkle, creating a romantic and magical atmosphere. The outdoor deck can get quite crowded as sunset approaches, but with a little patience, I secured a great spot. Between sunset and night, there was some waiting time, so I retreated indoors to the photo-friendly windows, which offered fantastic views and a warm refuge from the chilly wind outside. Overall, Top of the Rock offers a perfect blend of breathtaking views and comfort.

Along the way, there's a photo opportunity, a brief video presentation, and of course the elevator ride up. There are three levels to explore, with the top level offering the finest views. However, the views toward the Empire State Building have crowds up to four rows deep, making it challenging to reach the front. Despite being pricey at $190 for three adults, everything was well-coordinated and the views were impressive—definitely worth it for a one-time experience.
