A Trip to Tennoji, Osaka: The Perfect Blend of Convenience and Cultural Charm
This journey to Tennoji begins at JR Tennoji Station. As soon as you step off the train, you can feel the unique atmosphere of the area. First, I headed to Tennoji Park, which offers wide green spaces and tranquil paths perfect for a relaxing stroll, with views of the Tsutenkaku Tower in the distance. Inside the park, Keitakuen Garden is a traditional Japanese garden where the pond and greenery intertwine, making you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
Next, I visited Shitennoji Temple, a Buddhist temple with over 1,400 years of history, rich in cultural heritage. Walking through the temple, admiring the ancient architecture, and soaking in the serene atmosphere, it feels like traveling back in time to experience traditional Japanese religious culture.
For lunch, I chose to dine at the food court in Abeno HARUKAS, savoring Osaka delicacies like takoyaki and kushikatsu. After enjoying the local flavors, I went up to the HARUKAS 300 observation deck to take in the magnificent views of Osaka city.
In the afternoon, I visited Tennoji Zoo, which is perfect for families with children or animal lovers. The zoo houses a variety of rare animals and offers a comfortable environment. Finally, I went shopping at Q's Mall, concluding this trip that combines history, culture, and modern shopping experiences in Tennoji.

We really enjoyed this experience the view was outstanding. Cannot believe how far you can see! It also shows you why people walk 20k+ steps a day 🤣
You can have dinner on the 58th floor. The meal is not expensive. It is a good choice to eat while watching the night view. Downstairs is Kintetsu Department Store, convenient transportation and shopping, very suitable for the whole family to travel, you can arrange a half-day itinerary.
The ticket bought that morning was past five o'clock and the time was very suitable. Scan the QR code directly to pass, the 60-story view is quite wide, you can overlook the entire Osaka 360 degrees. As soon as you get out of the elevator, you sigh the price! The night view is particularly beautiful, as well as projection animation, fireworks and various Japanese elements. Sound visual multi-sensory feast!
Abeno Harukas 300 is subtly different from a normal observation deck. the unique structure that is unique to Harukas is impressive and enjoyed the wonderful view.
It was a great place for 360 view in osaka city. Which you can enioy for walking around and safe, they also have a good restaurant and coffee if you want to eat. And the hotel is so easy to search cause it was infront of the JR train station.
The tickets bought on the spot by Ctrip are cheaper than those bought on site, and it is also very convenient. You can show the QR code for verification. It is still worth going up. If the weather is good, it is recommended to watch the sunset in the evening. You can also buy a drink and sit there in a daze. It is quite nice.
One of the highest viewpoint in Osaka, you can see Osaka Bay, south Kyoto, Iwahashiyama, planes landing in Itami Airport and even Kobe. There are plenty of seats and outdoor terrace to laze with the breeze and enjoy the view.
