Fujita Museum of Art Women Artists Exhibition

This exhibition brings together works by four female painters from the Sanno Museum of Art's collection. Even in 2025, the gender gap remains a major issue. Even more so than 100 years ago, when these women aspired to become artists, the art world was more male-dominated than it is today, making it extremely difficult for women to pursue a career as artists with high aspirations. Despite these circumstances, these women lived resilient and resilient lives, and their vibrant, passionate, and unique works are sure to inspire courage and energy in us living today.
