Osaka is located in the middle of Honshu Island, near Osaka Bay, north-south long strip distribution, is the administrative, economic, cultural and transportation center of Western Japan. The area is about 1905 square kilometers, ranking second in the country. Population of about 8.82 million (as of December 2019), ranked third in the country after Tokyo Metropolitan and Kanagawa Prefecture
