OSAKA Light Renaissance 2025

The Osaka Light Renaissance utilizes the waterfront landscape of Nakanoshima, the symbol of Aqua City Osaka, to offer a full range of illumination projects. We will rethink our roots as a "water city" and "connect" the waterfront, people, and the city, just as the "808 Bridge" did in the past.

Last year, approximately 3.88 million visitors from within and outside Osaka Prefecture visited the Osaka Light Renaissance, one of Osaka's largest winter events. The event was popular with a wide range of visitors, including those admiring the illuminations, those traveling with friends, those returning home from get off work, couples, and families.
