Weekend trip to Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴
It was a weekend trip to Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴 We spent our weekend exploring the city’s vibrant culture, scenic views, and historical landmarks, and I highly recommend this itinerary for anyone wanting to capture beautiful moments and get the most out of their visit.
We started our weekend by visiting the famous Vigeland Sculpture Park, a place that’s both beautiful and unique 😍 The park is home to over 200 sculptures by artist Gustav Vigeland, scattered across a large, green space. We arrived early in the morning, which was perfect because the park wasn’t crowded, and the soft morning light created stunning shadows and contrasts on the sculptures ✨
📍Nobels gate 32, 0268 Oslo
We then explored Akershus Fortress, an impressive medieval castle located right by the water. The historical significance and the views of the Oslofjord are incredible. We walked around the fortress, taking pictures 📸 of the castle’s walls, the old cannons, and the panoramic views of the harbor and city. The best time to visit for photos is late afternoon, when the sun casts a warm glow over the fjord and the fortress, creating dramatic and picturesque moments.
📍Akershus Festning, 0015 Oslo
We then headed to the Oslo Opera House, a modern architectural masterpiece located right on the water’s edge. The white, angular building is incredibly photogenic, especially when captured from the steps leading to the roof. We arrived in the early afternoon, when the light was bright and reflected off the building’s glass surfaces. From the roof, we had panoramic views of the city, the fjord, and the surrounding islands, perfect for some sweeping photos 🙌
📍Kirsten Flagstads Plass 1, 0150 Oslo
We also ventured to Bygdøy Peninsula, where we explored several museums and enjoyed the nature surrounding the area. We particularly enjoyed walking around the Fram Museum, which houses 🏘️ the famous polar ship, and the Viking Ship Museum, where we saw ancient Viking ships preserved in remarkable condition. The late morning ☀️ was the best time to capture both the museums and the surrounding coastline in photos. The natural beauty of the area combined with the historic sites offers countless opportunities for great shots 📸
📍Bygdøynesveien 36, 0286 Oslo
Oslo offers a perfect mix of history, modern design, and natural beauty, making it an ideal destination for a weekend getaway 🙌🙌🙌

Oslo Opera is also a good place to enjoy music, this opera house is quite large, many different sizes of the concert hall, Oslo Opera is also often attracted from different countries to perform, have their own website.
The Oslo Opera House is an ultra-modern design building on the seaside of Oslo. From a distance, he looks like a white sailboat docked on the sea. The facilities in the entire theater are very advanced, there are often large opera performances held here, if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend everyone to watch it.
The Oslo Opera House in Norway is a very modern opera house. It has a glass-like curtain wall on the edge of the sea. From a distance, he looks like a crystal house, shining in the sun. The facilities here are also very advanced. The sound is great and definitely worth watching.
It belongs to a very alternative building, it looks like a hydrophilic platform, we really can't walk, there is no closer look, the sky in Oslo is really beautiful, blue is incredible, clean thought of the cartoon when I was a child...
Very special building, unique in the world, you must not miss Oslo, Norway. The ground is connected to the roof, the ground is deep into the fjord, and standing on the roof overlooking Oslo. Opposite the opera house is the ice and fire sauna, which is particularly exciting.
The Opera House is very close to the Central Railway Station and is facing the small fjord of Oslo. Visitors can climb the top of the opera house to enjoy the night in Oslo, and the seawater in the fjord is frozen due to the low winter temperature. The snow was heavy that night, the clouds were thick, and the light was very uncomfortable with the blood red. What a lovely sight to climb to the opera house and overlook the lights on a clear night.
The whole opera house is very chic, like a boat, can climb to the top overlooking the beautiful scenery of the city.
The landmarks of Oslo are worth seeing.
