It is a library on the first floor of the city hall building with a conspicuous tall clock tower on the hills of the Paddington district. This area is at the top of the hill and there is a library entrance on the Oxford Street side in front of you. The library itself is quite small and has only one floor. This historic building with outstanding arch is a Victorian building, and the clock tower is a symbol of Paddington and stands out from a distance.
