🇻🇳Mui Ne|The Dual Charm Where Desert Meets Sea
In Mui Ne, sand dunes meet the ocean, creating nature’s most romantic design. On one side are endless sand dunes, and on the other, the deep blue sea. Located on the southeastern coast of Vietnam, this place is free from the noise of big cities and crowded crowds, offering only stretching beaches, magnificent sand dunes, clear waters, and peaceful fishing village life.
⭐Recommended Attractions
🚤 Mui Ne Fishing Village is located on the beach beside the main road of Mui Ne. It is far from the hustle and bustle and retains its original natural scenery. The fishermen’s colorful boats complement the surrounding natural landscape beautifully. This area is rich in seafood, with many seafood stalls nearby, making it a great place to taste fresh seafood.
White Sand Dunes stretch with rolling hills forming elegant curves, like a miniature desert. On the other side of the dunes lies a lake surrounded by green plants, pure and beautiful. Riding the popular jeep across the dunes is super thrilling, with ups and downs and bumps all the way, feeling the call of the wind and the gentle touch of the sand. Taking photos while standing on the jeep is also very photogenic!
Red Sand Dunes display a golden-red hue, especially at sunset when the dunes turn golden yellow, breathtakingly beautiful. From the top of the dunes, you can see the unique natural landscape of “half sea, half desert”!
Fairy Spring’s water flows from rock crevices and merges with the red sand stream, turning red. Walking in the stream, you’ll find soft sand underfoot and spectacular dunes and rock formations in the middle of the stream, creating a beautiful picture.
Half desert, half sea, sand and sea meet yet don’t meet in Mui Ne. I walk a faintly distant ordinary path between sand and sea, experiencing the “clash of fire and water.”

Bored, flipping through photo albums, revisiting in memories. My impression of Mui Ne is a long, narrow road that is not busy. There are some accommodations on both sides of the road, from youth hostels to high-end hotels (I think there are). Not far from the road is the beach. The beaches in Mui Ne are undeveloped, and many places are windy and rough. When I was strolling around, I saw someone playing parasailing (surfboard + paragliding), so cool.
We were shocked when we arrived at Hà Tiên Beach in Phan Thiet yesterday. I have never seen so much trash on a beach, it's obviously washed into the ocean and then washed up again at high tide. It looks like the whole town dumps their trash here. Apparently some of the resorts clean up the trash in front of their resorts and then dump it on top of the piles of trash next door. It's unbelievable! I know it's the rainy season but honestly I doubt it's ever been completely cleaned up. It looks like years of trash. I honestly want to go somewhere better for my vacation!
[Vietnam - Mui Ne] Mui Ne is a fishing village located on the Mui Ne Peninsula in Binh Thuan Province in southeastern Vietnam. It has a long beach of about 50 kms, with coconut breezes and waves, clear water and fine sand, and few tourists. It is one of the must-visit beaches in southern Vietnam. Compared with Nha Trang, our family likes Mui Ne more!
The round fishing boats at My Khe Beach are so unique. It is said that this kind of fishing boat is specially designed for combat. This kind of round fishing boat will quietly approach the enemy's ship at night, and then give the enemy ship a fatal blow unexpectedly. The small round boat is very smart, awesome!

At the beach in Mui Ne in southern Vietnam, the wind and waves are very strong and the water is not particularly blue, but there are many foreigners playing paragliding and surfing here. Maybe the strong wind and waves are suitable for such sports. There are also many shells on the beach and the water is very clean.
