The zoo is the largest in the state. There are many animals to see here. The ticket price is reasonable. It is most suitable to bring children to see the animals. It is very interesting.
The zoo and botanical garden are together, the scenery is very good. For animals, I personally think the environment of the zoo is quite good. There are many animals, and they all look very energetic.
The Oregon Zoo works really hard to provide the best possible habitat, food, and health care for the animals that live there. From what I've heard, the animals there are either captive or injured enough that they wouldn't survive in the wild. They provide a lot of information about the animals and what you can do in your every day life to help the animals and our environment. A great place to take the kids, and a fun place for adults to walk and learn too. They do a lot of events too, including Zoo Lights during the holidays.
There are real bears in the forests here. Many of the trees have scratches. They eat trout in the streams. An episode of Bear Grylls was filmed in the Oregon forest.
