The Santa Claus office is open all year round. We are here in winter. Santa Claus will start to work at 10 o'clock. It is recommended to queue up early, because there are many tourists who come to Santa Claus to take pictures every day, and there is not a lot of time waiting in line. Every day there will be a Santa Claus who holds a certificate to work. They answer various questions and take pictures from people all over the world. Tickets to the Santa Claus Office are free, but there is a charge for taking photos with Santa Claus, and the price is not cheap. An A5 photo is 30€ and an A4 photo is 35€. 4 small (10x15cm) photos for 40€. I can't take pictures, I must be taken by his professional photographer. The price is too expensive, and there is a line up, we will see if there is no photo.
The Santa Claus office is like a gift shop, and it is also connected to the post office. Here you can see Santa’s work space, where you can distribute gifts to children around the world, and you can also buy souvenirs and souvenirs here.
The place is fun but I have always wanted it to be a little bigger to offer a full day experience. Currently it’s suit for half a day only including visiting Santa. The food options are somewhat limited but pizza and burgers are available. The location just next to the main road 4 (E75) not far from Rovaniemi city is perfect.
The place to meet Santa and his elves! Queue can get quite long and actual meeting with Santa is as expected only a couple of minutes. Still nice to check off this bucket list though. You can request Santa to give you a gift at a cost (around EUR30?)
It is very suitable to take children with you, as well as adults with a childlike heart^_^
