Bangkok's Legendary Museum! The Pink Three-Headed Elephant Makes Me Willing to Come 99 Times
A treasure found on a trip to Bangkok! This pink three-headed elephant museum completely redefined my understanding of "shock." Friends coming to Thailand for Songkran Festival, missing this will really make you cry😭
From afar, the giant pink main building features the three-headed elephant standing tall, with exquisite carvings clashing with the dreamy pink color. Just at the entrance, the visual impact is overwhelming. Inside the museum, surprises keep coming; the three floors hide different creative ideas, and every detail blends the romance and delicacy of Thai mythology, as if stepping into a magical otherworld.

📸Photo spot secrets:
1. Stand on the first-floor spiral staircase and shoot upward; the winding lines create a strong sense of depth
2. At the end of the staircase entrance, use a wide-angle lens to shoot upward to fully capture the exquisite ceiling reliefs
3. Stand on the pink stairs and have the photographer shoot from the side of the white stairs to get a full panorama of the museum
4. Anywhere at the entrance or the surrounding garden works; the pink building plus green plants background makes every shot atmospheric
✨Tips for visiting:
• The museum is not very large; reserving 2 hours is enough to leisurely explore and take plenty of photos
• You can try on traditional Thai costumes on-site for photos; the traditional attire perfectly matches the pink building
• Nearby Ancient Siam can be visited together, making for a very fulfilling day trip
This is definitely the most stunning niche museum I have ever visited so far. Whether it’s architectural aesthetics or photo opportunities, it’s truly legendary!

Show More ReviewsToo many things to see. I took the way by walking from the entrance, most of the people rents a car to watch around. Coffee shops in everywhere but any of them good enough for me. The staff is not friendly. By public transport is difficult to get there, you need a taxi or a private transportation. To return my place, I took a traditional bus, so, you most to walk at least 1 km. At the end of the bus, I took the metro. Can take long if you do it my public transportation. From the town, one hour and a half, at least.
