SeaWorld San Diego is an exciting destination where you can learn a lot about marine life! As soon as you enter the park, you'll encounter various marine creatures such as dolphins, whales, penguins, and more. The thrilling water rides ensure that both adults and children can find plenty of fun. The animal shows are the highlight of the park, especially the spectacular performances by dolphins and killer whales. These shows not only showcase their incredible skills but also educate visitors about their ecology and the importance of marine conservation. Additionally, the aquarium section of SeaWorld is a must-see, featuring a diverse array of marine life such as coral reef fish, sharks, and starfish, leaving visitors in awe of nature's wonders.

Day Bay Area—>Los Angeles Stayed in Monterey Park, a Chinese neighborhood where several new hotels have opened, offering good value and convenient Chinese dining. Dinner was at Jin Cheng Li, not too spicy, still high quality, and much cheaper than similar Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area. Day Los Angeles—>SeaWorld San Diego, left early and drove less than two hours. The holiday season SeaWorld is open until 8 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy the whole park. Four of us bought four half-price all day dining passes, $30 each, allowing a meal every 90 minutes. There was quite a wait to get food, so if you want to save time, send one person to pick up the meals. Some portions were quite large; actually, three passes for four people would have been enough. Day Safari Park, opens at 9 AM on Monday, we arrived at 9:20 and got a good parking spot. Walked straight to the African Tram to take the train, waited for half a round before boarding. When we got off, the line was even longer. It was a bit of a pity that the cheetah race was not scheduled that day. After the African Loop, we saw elephants and tigers, then quickly toured the rest because the kids were not feeling well. Day San Diego—>Bay Area, before leaving, we stopped by USS Midway Park to check out the battleship, which felt great for kids, especially boys. Had a meal in LA on the way. Left at 9 AM and got home at 8:30 PM. It was definitely a challenge; probably won’t do that again next time.

It is the only experience on the West Coast where visitors can hand-feed multiple large shark species from above the water, and it is also one of the most immersive shark habitats. 🦈 Exhibit Highlights Moving Walkway Shark Tunnel: A transparent tunnel slowly carries visitors through the underwater habitat, surrounded by sharks with a 180-degree view. Surface Shark Viewing Area: Starting from a beach scene, visitors can look down on swimming sharks, accompanied by educational signs and photo spots. VIP Feeding Experience: The only safe program on the West Coast to feed multiple large shark species, offering insights into shark diets and conservation. Endangered Species Display: Featuring 11 species including sand tiger sharks, blacktip reef sharks, and the endangered Australian leopard shark. 💡 Practical Tips The exhibit uses multimedia and educational displays to dispel the myth that "sharks are dangerous," emphasizing marine conservation. The animal care team is AZA-certified, making it ideal for family educational visits. At San Diego SeaWorld, walk through the shark tunnel and watch predators swim overhead. Choose the VIP experience to hand-feed them or stand by the water to observe their graceful movements. Starting May 22, come face-to-face with these ocean rulers.

Daisies bloom together with the sea, and with each gust of wind, the heart is filled with excitement... Even if you're troubled or confused and can't find the answers, there will always be a breeze to blow away the excess emotions~ Sunset Cliff sounds romantic just by its name. The daisies on the mountain are blooming just right, and even on cloudy days, their brilliance cannot be hidden! Daisies, the sea, and cliffs make us feel so small in front of nature. What can't be let go of? When you're feeling down, come out for a walk and let nature heal you. At sunset, the scenery should be more stunning, but unfortunately it was cloudy that day and we didn't see it. Looking forward to having some friends share the scenery at sunset. Ladera St, San Diego, CA 92107 🅿️Free parking 📸Best visiting time: 4-7pm (summer) The entire park is very large. We walked and stopped for about 40 minutes to enjoy the scenery. You can bring your dog and it's also suitable for running. If you don't like sports, you can park by the seaside, sit in the car, listen to music, read a book, and watch the sunset.

Seaworld, San Diego is highly recommended for families and for those who love sea animals! It is best for a full day visit so highly recommended to get there early as there are so many attractions and shows you can watch! Thankfully there wasn’t a lot of people on a Friday so I only waited less than 10mins for the rides. The 360-degree roller-coasters, “Electric Eel” and “Emperor” is for thrill-seeking lovers! It comes to a drop of 90 degrees and it’s so fun! Best to plan out or watch the shows first as the feeding times or the shows may only have 2 time-slots per day. I purchased the All Day Dining Deal too so I got to eat FREE every 90mins! You get to select an entree + sides + drinks for an additional $50 (purchased on TRIP.COM). A full meal costs between 20-30USD at the park so the all day dining deal is very worth it! Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in San Diego.
