It’s a very specific place. There are a lot of shops, attractions ant amusements. You can observe sea lions right next to you beneath a peer. Nearly 1000 feet east is Girardely chocolate factory.
Came here on September 24, 2017. San Francisco is close to the sea, and the Fisherman's Wharf here is very famous and has always been one of the most lively places in San Francisco. Today, it still retains traditional functions such as seafood markets and docks, and has added leisure and entertainment formats such as catering, entertainment, and shopping to meet tourists' needs for food, drink, and entertainment. The iconic sign of Fisherman's Wharf is near Pier 45, and the most lively place is Pier 39.
A great seafood spot and the place to go to get the dungeonese crabs. There are Asian and western options. I like them both. also home to the San Francisco Tram.
The Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco is a popular tourist attraction that roughly covers the northern waterfront of San Francisco. There are two cable car lines near the water park on the edge of the Fisherman's Wharf, one is the Powell-Hyde cable car line and the other is the Powell-Mason cable car line.
San Francisco has the world-renowned San Francisco Bay Area, Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf attractions, and the most popular visitors must be the Fisherman's Wharf. There are many markets, shopping centers and restaurants, trams jingle through the streets, and port fishing boats and cruise ship masts are a vibrant scene. San Francisco Ocean National Historical Park, Goradley Square and the Machinery Museum are all located in the Fisherman's Wharf area. Unfortunately, time is tight and you can't visit them one by one. The most pleasant thing is seafood!
Whenever I come to california this is the place that I will not missed. Full of yummy food and seafood. Beautiful weather even it is in winter and is still not very cold. You can even spend the whole day here as there are So.much things to explore here
