    Calm Autum hiking

    Creek is very beautiful in Autumn. It is very relaxing to hear running water by the creek. Woodpecker was jamming oak trees. The rest of the park will be closed until 2030, but lower parking entrance ...

    There are working ranches left over from the mexican land grants, just driving through on the way to Henry Coe is relaxing and refreshing. They have to drain the lake for repairs to the dam this year...

    Nice September Day at Andreson Lake County Park

    We went to Anderson Lake Park for another return visit first part of September 2017. People were enjoying picnics and some were boating. The lake level was somewhat down.

    Do not go boating here

    Second time they have turned our family away. Their rangers and mussel inspection station are full of jerks. Do not go. I'm warning you.
