What travelers say:
Sapporo is dotted with several museums, but the HOKUBU Memorial Painting Museum is located just off the center of the city. It's not so well known compared to the Museum of Modern Art and the Forest of Art, so it's a place I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to appreciate paintings quietly at their own tempo. The content of the exhibition changes 5.6 times a year, but it does not take up famous painters and works of art, and it is mainly minor but friendly content. So, I think that both those who are hobbies for art appreciation and those who are not can enjoy it without knowledge.
