    Antonin Leymond design

    Original Text

A characteristic pastoral church that can be seen as Raymond even from a distance. The pattern of Japanese paper cut paper is cute. Bricks and wooden structures from Hokkaido, which are also specialties of Hokkaido. The only remaining Raymond church in Hokkaido. A must-see work if you like architecture and church.

    Raymond's work.

    Original Text

It is a simple but eye-catching church with a unique design. The design is Raymond and is a postwar work. The Japanese paper on the glass makes this church unique again. It's a bit of a walk from the North 18 Jo station of the subway, but it's a must-see for those who are interested in architecture.

    Wooden church

    Original Text

When I went to Poland, I visited a wooden church, but this time I learned that there is a wooden church in Sapporo, where I traveled. Although it has a very simple structure, it was a very nice church, with symmetrical, beautifully made of wood, and bricks on both sides of the wall.

    and a kindergarten.

    Original Text

There were many strange glasses on the front exterior. Fortunately, the door was open, so when I went inside, the walls and ceilings were made of solid wood.

    the beautiful church in ramond.

    Original Text

When I went to late December, the kindergarten children next door were practicing Christmas plays. In the beautiful half-timbered space designed by Raymond, the loud voices of children spread, and there was indescribable goodness. It's a little far from the station, so it's a little hard to walk in winter, but I think it's still a place worth going.
