based on 724 reviewsWe visited the Teddy Bear Museum in Jeju with my two boys and my mom, and we all had a great time. The museum is fantastic, with so many adorable and creative teddy bear displays. It’s very family-friendly and enjoyable for all ages. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Jeju!
Teddy Bear Museum showcases the century-old teddy bear culture, featuring limited-edition teddy bears from around the world. This visual feast transports visitors back to the innocence of childhood.
The museum is located at the entrance of Jungmun Tourist Area in Seogwipo. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a pair of teddy bear newlyweds bowing in welcome. The murals near the entrance all feature teddy bear themes, with some showcasing the rich history of teddy bears. We recommend taking time to appreciate these before exploring further.
The museum is divided into indoor and outdoor sections. The indoor area mainly consists of the History Hall on the 1st floor, showcasing major historical events featuring teddy bears from their creation 100 years ago to the present. This includes large-scale historical scenes with teddy bears, antique-style teddy bears, and teddy bears depicting historical figures. Visitors can see teddy bear recreations of significant events like Hong Kong's handover, the Terracotta Army, the moon landing, D-Day, the Titanic, the Berlin Wall, and the opening of Disneyland. The 2nd floor Art Gallery displays teddy bears used in the Korean drama "Princess Hours," a teddy bear adorned with 125-carat gemstones, and a Louis Vuitton teddy bear worth approximately ¥1.3 million.
The outdoor exhibition hall is Teddy Lin Theme Park. Here you'll find a round plaza recreating 1950s Pontiac cars and architecture, a polar bear family enjoying water play, picnic families, Asian black bear families, and the Fountain of Love where teddy bears hold wedding ceremonies. Every hour on the hour, a pair of adorable bears emerges from the clock tower! When you get tired from walking, don't forget to sit down for a cute photo with the bears.
If you want to enjoy Jeju Island's scenery while savoring delicious food, you can also visit the fast food restaurant, café, or bar inside the museum. The fast food is affordably priced, with tasty burgers and ice cream that are quite popular among visitors.

Taking the circle around Jeju Island, I fell to this was a good area to stop because there is another interactive museum across the street from the teddy bear museum. The bus routes go around the island if you have more time, but I chose a taxi. The Trip.com voucher was less expensive than going to the customer service counter. This is a cute family, friendly stop. You have option to make your own teddy bear. there are both miniature and life-size displays to take photos. It doesn’t take long to go through there, it would be longer than an hour if you read all of the placards. this was on the way to my next hotel, and not far from the cliff restaurant.
The teddy bear at least is actioning, which doesnt seem boring but interesting.
## Fluffy illusion The Jeju Teddy Bear Museum puts history into doll clothes. The Normandy landing teddy bear is smiling, and Mona Lisa has become a plush toy. Visitors smile like babies at the glass cabinets and look for the illusion of "innocence" in the souvenir shop. What is sold here is not innocence, but a carefully designed consumption ritual. When all suffering can be eliminated by teddy bears, we will stay in the emotional kindergarten forever. The gaze of those button eyes is actually the most gentle discipline of consumerism.
I highly recommend this attraction, it's awesome. Especially fans of the Korean drama "Palace" must come and check in. There are teddy bears of various shapes, including Monroe Bear imitated by Shin Chae-kyung, Titanic, Mona Lisa and other classic IPs. You can keep watching and taking pictures. Tickets are 12,000 won, which is not expensive. If you come from downtown Jeju, take bus No. 600 and get off at the Chinese Tourist Area.
We went out early in the morning to go to the Teddy Bear Museum and asked the hotel owner how to get there. The owner told us to take a taxi to the Golden Hotel, transfer to the airport bus for 600 to the Chinese Tourist Area, the fare is 4,500 won/person, and walk 200 meters to arrive. The Teddy Bear Museum is located in the Chinese Tourist Area. It is the largest Teddy Museum in the world. There are three floors, one above ground and two underground. The bottom is the shopping area, and the area on the ground floor is the history museum. Teddy bears with historical events and famous figures as the background, including the Terracotta Warriors, the Normandy Landing, the return of Hong Kong, Marilyn Monroe, Princess Diana’s marriage, etc. The visitors are mainly tourists and local Korean families. The children are laughing and taking pictures with the teddy bears. The photos are colorful, and they can’t wait to take all the teddy bears in them home. This should be the dream of all little girls. Even if they grow up now, they have no resistance to the fluffy little bears. Ticket price: 10,000 won (adults) at the entrance of the Teddy Bear Museum Tips: Group purchases on Dianping are cheaper. Book 2 days in advance for 48 yuan. Print the electronic confirmation letter + passport to exchange tickets at the attraction
