Its design is inspired by astronomical principles, with the concept of "connecting humanity with the universe." The building features three core elements: a circular skylight, an inverted dome, and a dome theater.
The dome theater has a 23-meter diameter screen and uses 20 projectors to display 8K ultra-high-definition images, showing films such as *The Sky*. The museum houses over 300 exhibits, including approximately 70 witnessed meteorites and over 120 sets of cultural relics.
The main building has one underground floor and three above-ground floors, with different exhibition halls and functional areas distributed across each floor.
