The museum is located in the southeastern side of Liutiaohu section of the Manchu Railway in the area where the September 18th Incident broke out. It consists of the monument of the "9/18" incident, the alarm bell, the main exhibition hall, the victory monument and other buildings. Through a large number of cultural relics, historical photographs and various modern display methods, it truly reflects the history of the imperialism of Japan planning and launching the "9/18" Incident and the humiliation of cruel colonial rule in the Northeast of China; It vividly reproduces the historical picture of the people of the Northeast and the people of the whole country, who, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have been unyielding and bloody in the end, and won the great victory in the War of Resistance against Japan.
