In the bustling district of Shenzhen, there lies a Jiangnan-style garden
As the fame of Jiangnan gardens grows, other regions in China outside the Jiangnan area have started to emulate the style and gardening techniques of Jiangnan gardens. Sihai Park, hidden in the bustling district of Shenzhen, is one of them. Today, let's take a walk together into Sihai Park, located at No. 6, Gongyuan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and see what unique scenery it has to offer. Sihai Park was established in 1987, with a total area of about 13,000 square meters. Through continuous improvements over the years, new attractions, art sculptures, children's playgrounds, and art tea houses have turned the park into a comprehensive cultural park for the leisure and entertainment of the Shekou community. The park has two artificial lakes, with a combined area of 39,600 square meters. The East Lake is primarily for cultivating lotuses, while the West Lake focuses on water amusement park projects. Between the two lakes is the 'Nine-Turn Bridge' built to resemble pine trees, the 'Jade Belt Bridge' with the characteristics of Suzhou's water town gardens, the delicate and bridge-like 'Curved Plank Bridge', and the 'Nine-Hole Bridge' modeled after the gardens of Beijing's Summer Palace. The park has a total of 13 main buildings and attractions, such as 'Tongji Garden', 'Flower Appreciation Pavilion', 'Rain Watching Pavilion', 'Lake Center Pavilion', 'Curved Eye Corridor', 'Grass Pavilion', and 'Rain Shelter Pavilion'. The park meticulously cultivates and protects 619 lychee trees that are nearly a hundred years old. The annual lychee harvest not only supplies the market with a large quantity of fresh lychees but also provides a source of funds for the park, which is financially constrained.

I living close to that park, go walking with my friends here, nice and quite place.
This park was the very first place I visited when I came to Shenzhen. I loved it from the moment I entered. It’s such a beautiful place and always gives me peaceful vibes whenever I go there. The thing I like the most is that it’s not too crowded and there are lots of photo opportunities.I highly recommend visiting this spot!
Very close to home, good after correction, good walk and rest
