Splendid day @ Splendid China Miniature Park and Folk VillageI booked this experience having no idea what to expect but with a love of Chinese culture and also so many places on my list to visit here in China the ‘see all of China in one day’ convinced me and did not disappoint! I am a solo traveller but perfect for all! There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy and especially a good experience for kids to be immersed in the culture, (I’m sure it’s nothing like they’ve ever seen before!) After 3 months, I came to the Folk Village again today. There are many more performances in ethnic minority villages. The ethnic actors are as enthusiastic as ever. There are many types of performances. One day is not enough to watch them all. I can watch them slowly in the next few days😊
A great place to experience a bit about the Chinese culture and history. One side of the park has miniature adaptations.of famous landmarks such as the Great Wall, Forbidden City, Terracotta Warriors and much more. The other side is more about the shows and yiu sometimes need to pay additional to watch them. You can easily spend a whole day here, but about 3 hours was enough for us as it was too hot
Miniature landscape, one step into history: Splendid Chinese folk village has 82 famous attractions of miniature models, including the Great Wall, Dunhuang murals, Qinling Terracotta Warriors and Horses, etc., making people seem to step into the long river of history. These attractions are arranged according to the location of the Chinese map, and tourists seem to walk on the huge map of China when visiting.
Shenzhen Splendid Chinese Folk Culture Village is also one of the well-known tourist attractions in Shenzhen. As a tourism project in Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town, it is very close to Window of the World and Happy Valley. It is mainly divided into two parts. One is Splendid China. There are also three large performances here, and the personal feeling is better than the window of the world. The first is that the "Desert Legend" at 2 pm is very powerful, reproducing the spectacularness of the Jinge iron horse; the second is that the dance performance of "New Oriental" at the Impression Chinese Theatre at 5 pm is very stunning; The third is the large-scale party program "Dragon and Phoenix Dance China" at 7 pm in Phoenix Square is known as "the party that cannot be missed when you come to Shenzhen". These three large-scale shows can be called the essence of the Splendid Chinese Folk Culture Village. It is worth the fare and cannot be missed! The water splashing festival at night is not to be missed. You can see the latest "Dragon and Phoenix" and then splash water. Time is enough. Remember to bring a change of laundry. Towels.
