The children’s garden is a kind of plant amusement park for children. There are many plants in it, which is very beautiful, and there are many amusement facilities suitable for children to play.
The Jacob Barras Children’s Garden opened on Children’s Day on October 1, 2007. It is the first garden for children in Asia. It is a good place for children to learn about plants and it is also very interesting. There are many activities facilities, including tree houses, suspension bridges, playgrounds and water parks (don’t forget to bring your swimsuit!). The park is next to the botanical garden. Admission is free. Children like this park very much. Here, there are many things suitable for children to do, as well as everything waiting for 10-year-olds to do. The tree houses, high platforms and flying foxes here are really suitable for them.
The Jagbaras Children’s Garden is hot and humid, but its essence is plants and animals. With insect repellent, children can spend a pleasant time in the maze, smell the herbs, climb the tree house, admire waterfalls and ponds, there are many butterflies, and there are drinking fountains and vending machines at the entrance.
For those with children, this play area at the far north end of the Botanic Gardens is full of lovely surprises including a splash pad, tree house, and various interactive nature exhibits. Plan to eat in advance or bring your own food as the cafe is mediocre and expensive.
This is a lovely place to bring the kids for free. The water playground and the treehouse slide is highly popular. Kids can learn more about tropical plants. There are some lovely fruiting trees in the garden.
