The Beaulieu House is a former lodgings of British naval officers with Victorian cast-iron work interior. The black and white seaside bungalow is located at Sembawang Park and overlooking the Strait of Johor. It is now the home to a seafood restaurant. The eatery has retained the facade and kept the decor traditional.
If you are staying at the North side of Singapore, have love for colonial building and love to dine at a seaside restaurant, this is the place to go. If you are not planning to spend your meal in the restaurant, getting there to admire the well preserved architecture is a great weekend activity as well. You could enjoy the gentle sea breeze and sound of the waves as you stroll along the beaches.
Apart from the house, Sembawang Park is also a family favourite for community living in Sembawang to jog, cycle, picnic and even fish. I would recommend heading there for a least once to catch a glimpse of the well preserved colonial building as there are not many remains in Singapore today.
This is the one and only natural Hot Spring water in Singapore. it’s open to public from 7am to 7pm. Note due to Covid measure the park is closed. Was there to take some better pictures but it was closed 😅
it located along thé Gambas Ave road. To get there by car the nearest the open air carpark is at Block 114 Yishun Ring Road and then you walk there. No parking or stopping your car along thé Gambas Ave.
If you getting there by bus there is a bus-stop with bus number 167, 856, 858 and 969. the bus stop just 5 mins walk away from the park
This Hot Spring become popular after renovated. Many people most of the time. Before renovation hardly many people… it’s pretty beautiful after renovation… every nice walking in as the side of the path is filled with plants and flowers. There is an eating house restaurant/cafe at the Park.
Actually I am pretty surprise that Singapore has a natural Hot Spring water😱 one and only 😱🥰nice.
