Sochi Art Museum

The Sochi Art Museum building was not only regarded as the center of the city from the very beginning, but its main architectural monuments are buildings from the 1930s. This is no accident, as the building was built according to the research programme of the Academician of Architecture of the Faculty of Architecture in 1936, as a holiday resort for personnel in the administrative center of the Soviet-era Kremlin. The Sochi Museum of History and Art has been built for more than three decades. During this time, there has been no cessation of scientific education, stock and exposition exhibition work since the restoration of the Federal Highway and the Hall Museum of Fine Arts exhibition tube in 1972. Since 1988, in Sochi, a tourist resort in southern Russia, Russia has decreed that it will become an art museum, in which there will be a collection of 5054 items, including almost all known types and styles of art. Of course, there is also a collection of paintings, drawings and decorative arts from the 19th and 20th centuries. The museum carries out a lot of research work, constantly exploring the museum's collection of art, as well as researching other famous art monuments in Sochi.
