The politely piled stone walls are very beautiful.
Original Text
From Kitakyushu shinmoji port to Hita via ogada Yaki, I went to a village where the visibility spread from the kunekune road at the foot of Mt. eihiko. There was an observatory with rice terraces on the slope facing south. If you look closely, the rice terraces separated by carefully piled stone walls are particularly beautiful. When I went down, it was Iwaya Station on the Hikoyama Line, which is not currently available.
It was quite damaged by last year's flood. It is still in the middle of reconstruction. When I went to see fireflies two years ago, a considerable number of fireflies were flying, but this year there were only a few. I want you to recover as soon as possible and regain the wonderful countryside where many cherry trees dance as before.
If you run along the river damaged by the heavy rain disaster, you will find this park. However, the disaster was deep and it seemed that reconstruction work was underway. The railroad tracks are messed up next to Chikuzen Iwaya Station on the Hitahikoyama Line, which is the closest to this park. A scene that I have to hope for reconstruction.
An outdoor pool that I accidentally encountered while passing by
Original Text
Passing through Ontayaki Village, I accidentally found a pool in a river next to the road and stopped the car. Except for a Japanese family team, it was quiet, and it was a naturally friendly composition, and even a "snake" could be seen. It is said to be a famous place for fireflies in summer evenings.
It would be more beautiful in summer, but it was worth coming even in winter. I climb a narrow mountain road, but be careful as oncoming vehicles come frequently.
