From the bus stop to the imperial residence, you will see a tall bronze statue, above a general, a mighty, riding a galloping Hummer, that is Hemu Zhengcheng General. The general was revered as Grand Master in the Meiji era, and was a famous martial general from the end of the Kamakura Shogunate to the Northern and Southern Dynasties. He played an important role in overthrowing the Kamakura Shogunate and ZTE imperial power.
