Mammoth Hot Spring Area: Located in Yellowstone Park, USA, the landscape is mainly limestone steps, also known as hot steps. It is the largest carbonate deposition hot spring in the world, and one of the most important purposes of Yellowstone Park was originally established to protect its unique geothermal landscape. Mammoth hot spring area is the most active, but also the longest geothermal area, its hot spring group is very dense, resulting in a large area of karst high platform, in this high platform new and old hot spring alternately, year after year. From a distance, the hot springs left behind form a very beautiful colorful steps along the hillside. The area is the only tourist accommodation in Yellowstone National Park that can be reached by car in winter.
Mammoth Hot Spring is a unique scenic spot in Yellowstone National Park. The scenic spot on the stage, with many white steps, the transpirational hot fog and the white jade stone steps of Han, like a fairyland. The scenic spot on the step-down, with many yellow steps, the feeling of Cangsang is shocking.
The hot springs in Yellowstone National Park are varied in color. The color of the hot springs is mainly determined by the temperature of the water and the type of microorganisms in the water. To learn more, it is recommended to visit the exhibition area in the visitor center before visiting.
Mammoth Hot Springs in Park County, western United States, are divided into upper and lower parts, and are the largest carbonate deposition hot springs in the world. After the process of hundreds of millions of years of geological era, the platform features like gold and jade are formed, steam-wrapped, colorful and large-scale. Worth a visit!
Once colorful, radiant, now only the dry terraces are left, looking at the pile of gold and jade, crystal clear, as a foodie, it feels quite like a layer of cream cake, so here is also commonly known as "cake hot spring". The fall of the cake hot spring marks the existence of an active volcano in Yellowstone. As the crust changes, the previously active place may suddenly quiet down; the original nameless place may also be amazing.
MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS located northwest of Yellowstone Park, the largest carbonate sedimentary hot spring in the world. The hot springs that keep pouring out make the landscape still changing. Yellowstone Park Authority headquarters is also here, with Albright Visitor Service Center open all year round. Looking at the Mammoth Hot Springs in the distance, it seems that the mountain is wrapped in snow, and only when I approached, I found that this is the perfect combination of Pamukkale and Huanglong. The original hot springs flowed down from the hillside, breeding a large number of bacteria, becoming a colorful ladder, but after a crustal movement in 2002, most hot springs stopped moving, resulting in a large number of microbes dying, so that the mammoth hot springs lost color. Now can not see the previous color, if it is really to be compared with Huanglong or Pamukkale, there is still a gap! The dead bacteria also become a gray powder, residue on the dry big steps. Palette Spring is the most beautiful in the entire scenic spot, because it is alive, there is water flowing, especially white. We also saw flocks of deer nearby! Elk and Moose are stupid and unclear, so let's call them all "deer" for the time being! Ha ha. . . It is said that because the grass planted around here is the favorite of deer, it attracts many deer to come here. Such close contact with wild deer, the children are so happy! Yellowstone Park is really a paradise where "nature dominates everything"! Along the way, we met a lot of wildlife, no cages, no barbed wire. The animals here don't hide from people, and people don't hurt them, just watch them quietly. Humans and animals coexist peacefully, interdependent with each other, deeply feel all the beauty given by nature!
Mammoth Hot Springs is a famous attraction in Yellowstone Park, composed of many hot springs and various calcification pools. The number of calcification pools is more than that of Huanglong in China, but the scenery of calcification pools is not as good as Huanglong.
Mammoth Hot Springs are located on the top left of Yellowstone Park 8. I have not been to Pamukkale in Turkey. Although many of them have been dried up and the white rocks have turned gray, many live hot springs are still so spectacular and beautiful.
