At least the Vinnytsia Tram monument was open for viewing
Many museums and attractions were closed to the public in Vinnytsia including the Tram Museum but at least the Tram Monument was open for viewing. It is a vintage tram on its own small stretch of trac...

Thats about it. Its a tram outside the tram station with some writing on it. Dont expect too much, its just a tram on a slab. If youre walking past, good for a photo, if not, its not worth the effo...
