The Wuyuan Museum is situated on Wengong North Road in Ziyang Town, the county seat of Wuyuan county. Within are stored Shang Dynasty pottery, Western Zhou Dynasty copper cauldrons, and precious antiques from the Han, Tang, Song, Ming and Qing dynasties. It has been acclaimed as one of China's most outstanding county-level museums. The exterior of the museum is that of a modern building in the traditional Huizhou architectural style. In the exhibition hall, there are six dedicated exhibition rooms set out: 1000 years of Wuyuan, the Beautiful Tools of Tea Country, Ming and Qing Calligraphy, and Modern Art.
