On Gulangyu Island, the clock tower is a contemporary Western architecture. The door lintel, window lintel and female wall are all decorated with rich reliefs, which are very luxurious. It is unique and beautiful in the style of Gulangyu villa architecture. Quite distinctive building.
Very good, the same as the package ticket bought on the spot, but cheaper than there, there are many places to play, I will write all of them: Lu Xun’s Ancestral Residence, Lu Xun’s Former Residence, Lanting Shenyuan, Sanwei Book House, Lanting, Huiji Mountain, Donghu, Dayu Mausoleum, Shaoxing Museum, Cai Yuanpei's Former Residence, Datong Academy, Xu Xilin's Former Residence, Qingteng Bookstore, Qiu Jin's Former Residence, Fan Wenlan's Former Residence Cherry Blossom Forest (Gift), Aviary Paradise, Zhou Enlai's Ancestral Residence. I think this combination is very thoughtful when I get the ticket. I want to go wherever I want to go.
A little European architectural style, beautiful and atmospheric, unique
Not bad, it's worth checking out, but it's pretty hot
In 1933, Yang Pihe, a Filipino overseas Chinese from Jinjiang, entrusted Mr. Cai Shijiao to purchase this building, and then put it under the management of Mr. Cai. Yang himself never came to live, only sent his relatives to live. After Yang Pihe's death, he was inherited by his four sons. Today, Yang Pihe's children and grandchildren are still doing business and entrepreneurship in the Philippines, and they sometimes come back to visit their folks and ancestors. Due to the high quality of construction, timely maintenance and proper storage, the clock tower is still well preserved. The small gardens before and after are planted with various fruit trees such as loquat and longan, with luxuriant branches.
