People's Park

People's Park is located in the political and cultural center of Xinyi City. It is a large-scale urban ecological landscape park with southern Chinese garden style and Xinyi regional cultural characteristics. In 2009, more than 15 million yuan was invested in the reconstruction. The reconstructed People's Park is integrated with the landscape belt of the river in the city. It covers an area of 16.1 hectares, 3 hectares of water surface and 11.3 hectares of green space. Nearly 2 million ornamental flowers, shrubs and trees are planted. There are more than 1,300 various types of landscape lighting, 9,600 square meters of paved roads and 1,200 square meters of parking lots. The park adopts a natural garden layout method. According to the terrain, the clear water is drawn, the buildings are built, and the twists and turns are arranged. Pavilions, pavilions, bridges, and corridors have their own place; pools, springs, stones, and paths are all beautifully curved; , beautiful scenery and unique style, currently has 4 themed squares including Xinyi, Luanyin, Youth, Tongzhen, totaling 12,000 square meters, with waterfalls to welcome guests, Wanchun Bridge: Tingyuxuan: Zhichun Lake, Wind Lotus Sunset : Deyue Building, Plum Pavilion, Xiushui Bridge, eight scenic spots: rockery in the park, swimming lake, lake island, circular garden road, plastic site, wooden plank road, hydrophilic platform, ecological revetment, ancient and famous trees, colorful lighting, The cultural wall, cultural corridor, etc. complement the scenic spots. It is an open park integrating ecology, leisure, popular science, and humanities. It is an ideal place for the general public and tourists to carry out theme education, recreation and leisure, and get close to nature.
