The cityscape of Masuda, which is an important preservation district designated by the country, is an important traditional buildings. There is a tourist information center and a parking lot, so you can enjoy a walk. There are many townhouses that are open to the public, and most of them are guided by the husband and wife of the house, so the guide that is told with attachment, including the history of the house, is very good.
For the convenience of the train trip, I visited Masuda for half a day sightseeing. Nearly 40 minutes walk from the station. Little 々 I was tired, but I was excited to enter the town. Masuda is a wonderful warehouse on parade. You will be surprised at the built-in scale that rises to the dawn in the building. There was a person who explained each, and we visited a lot of rare things such as the construction and materials of the floor, wall, beam, wall, etc. of the warehouse. I wish I had more time!
You can see historical warehouses, but there are many charges.

I was able to see the historic warehouse. I stopped by at the Yokote Snow Festival, but I was able to feel the history. There is a manga museum (free of charge) right next to it, and I went as a set.
