fantastic and wonderful Barcelona

Our visit to Barcelona was short lived. We spent around 7 hours here, and needed many more! With so many iconic and inspiring buildings, this place certainly has a lot of history. Gaudis' work, alongside many others can be seen all around the city with some outstanding architecture. The tourist tour on the bus was our choice for the day. This offers 2 routes, covering various areas and landmarks across the city, with a jump on and off feauture allowing people to hop off at areas they want to explore and visit and then simply hop back on to move onto the next landmark. The city is very crowded, and there are a lot of pick pockets. So I advise to only take what is needed with you on your visit. Allow plenty of time and ensure you know where you need to return to, as there are many stations and entrances which can quickly become stressful. #barcelona #barcelonaspain #tourist #spaintravel

Barcelona Cathedral, the main cathedral of the Archdiocese of Barcelona. It was under renovation since the 13th century and gradually became what we see today in the 19th century. Such a long construction time has made the architectural style diverse, encompassing Gothic styles from different periods. First stop, check in at the Barcelona Cathedral! 📍 Barcelona Cathedral -Barcelona Cathedral Gothic architectural masterpiece of a church; walking through the neatly planned streets. At the moment of turning the corner, seeing the true face. "Wow" completely shocked. Grand, magnificent, and breathtaking... lost for words 🥲🎉 . 📸Camera angles, come learn with me! 🔸Traveling on the top of the tower After entering the church, follow the crowd to start the journey to the top of the tower! There are really a lot of people here, the road is relatively narrow, be quick with your eyes and hands; also remember not to disturb other tourists. 🔸Corner of Carrer de Santa Llucia street This is a corner of a small road, and it's really amazing to see it here; If possible, go to the nearby bakery for a cup of coffee / a bite of local bread, and take another beautiful photo of the church. 🔸Sunbathing in the square On the square, there are many people, and locals also like to come here to sunbathe and drink coffee; but beware of white-faced gypsies and thieves. 🔸The panoramic view of the most beautiful afternoon tea: Colon Hotel Non-guests can also come to eat! But there are only three panoramic tables, try to arrive before 12 o'clock (I am the kind of person who doesn't like to queue 🤒). · 🎫The issue of buying tickets Many friends said it's free in the morning, but I couldn't find it; I bought the 9 euro ticket which includes access to the rooftop. Online booking for timed tickets, no need to queue ❗️ You can change the entry time by yourself (my friend overslept, so we were several hours late). .
