[Hulan Mosque] Hulan Mosque (historical building) is located on the beautiful Hulan River. According to "Hulan County Chronicles", the temple was built in the 15th year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1810). In the beginning, there were only three thatched houses, which was a simple Islamic place of worship. In the first year of Guangxu (1875), the expansion was funded by local Hui people and it took three years to complete. The original mosque was built near the bank of the Hulan River and collapsed due to river erosion. In 1956, most of the components of the original building were relocated and rebuilt at the current site (No. 212, West Ring Road, Hulan, Harbin). The worship hall, Yao hall, and other imitation Qing-style buildings, three rooms in one building, three rooms in the deep. It is now an activity center for Muslims in Hulan City.
