The Dormition Church was built in September 1908, funded by the Middle East Railway Administration and donated by believers. The plan structure of the church is square, the altar protrudes outwards, and the white exterior wall is neat and simple, tall and upright. At the entrance of the church, there is a round arched porch, and four huge drum-shaped piers support the cross-intersecting sloped roof, on which a small onion dome is placed.

The church is located on the west side of the cultural park. Going out to the west is Kek Lok Si. The entire park was closed due to the epidemic. Only the tip of the bell tower can be photographed. It turned out to be the church in the cemetery! I didn’t see the onion, it should be distinctive
Strolling through the former site of the Anxi Church in Harbin, I don’t know who thought it was at the beginning. It is a magical idea to change the tall and tall bell tower of the original Anxi Church into the gate of the Cultural Park. From a distance, the doorway where the ticket inspectors are standing is almost completely covered by dense green shade, and the tall Ferris wheel and the picturesque sky are set off behind the clock tower, which is really like a long day. Does this seemingly mysterious entrance to the world remind everyone of Spirited Away? Because the church is inside the cultural park, you need to buy a ticket to enter to see the panoramic view, but the church is not well maintained and fell into disrepair. [Scenery] It’s worth a visit. [Interest] You can take the Ferris wheel with your kids. [Value for money] If you only come to see the church, it’s a bit expensive. You can shoot the bell tower outside the door.
After breakfast, take the subway to the ship station, walk to the cultural park and see the church of the Virgin Sabbath, remember when I was just with my wife, I went there, I still had tickets, it was also a place to leave a good memory, this old place did not sell tickets, In winter, many entertainment facilities are not open, and it is a bit bleak. It is located in Harbin Cultural Park, and it is also called the Church of the Assumption of the Holy Mother, or the Church of Uspinkaia. It was originally built by the Middle East Railway Management Bureau and the donation of believers. The city government invested in the renovation of the city. It was renamed "Harbin Amusement Park". The church is relatively modestly protected, as can be seen from the dappled walls, the huge wheels against the church is small, the original onion roof is gone, a silent scene behind the very new wheels, the back side door is the clock tower built in 1930, Ukrainian architecture. The park entrance is on two floors above the archway. The third floor has a dome of onion heads, with an Orthodox cross. It is a small pentagram. The "Cultural Park" is hanging on the bell tower.
[Harbin Church of the Dormition of Our Lady] The Church of the Dormition of Our Lady, also known as Uspinkaya Church, is located on Harbin Dongzhi Street (in the Cultural Park). In 1908, it was funded by the Middle East Railway Administration and built with donations from the believers. It was a church for the Orthodox believers to worship the dead (commonly known as Maozifen). The church is of Russian architectural style with brick-wood structure. Its symmetrical layout gradually shrinks from bottom to top. The dead are long gone, and the living are as good as their husbands. The return of the soul to heaven is naturally the yearning of the believers.
