Bazhong City is located in the northeastern part of the Sichuan Basin. It was the central area of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Base during the Second Revolutionary War. The natural scenery here is beautiful and is a perfect blend of the majesty of the North and the elegance of the South. There is a wide variety of karst caves, stalactites, and mysterious underground rivers that draw people to come here and explore them. Located in the north of Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Guangwu Mountain is famous for being surrounded by clouds and mist throughout the year. Enyang Ancient Town is located in the northeast of Sichuan Province. It has a long history, and was constructed during the six-year reign of Emperor Liangwu of the Northern and Southern Dynasties Period of ancient China. It is located in the city of Bazhong and was historically a famous port of the northeast and a thriving market town on the Mi Cang Ancient Road. In the village are preserved a number of well-preserved large-scale buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was also the center of the Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary base area, the second largest Soviet command in the country. The Red Fourth Army established various administrative agencies in Enyang Country, and has various sites and facilities here. In addition, Enyang Ancient Town also features other scenic sites like the Baiyun Temple, Wenzhi Village, and Thousand Buddha Rock.
The Nuoshui River Scenic Area is located in the northern part of Tongjiang County, Sichuan Province, close to Hanzhong, Shaanxi. The Nuoshui River Scenic Area consists of four independent scenic spots, namely the Nuoshui River Scenic Area, the Linjiang Gorge, the Kongshan Tianpen and the Maba Stone Forest. It is distributed in an arc shape, with the main features being the harmony of green mountains, crystal clear water and fantastic caves, making up the circular tourist line with the Red Army City in Tongjiang.
The Micang Mountain Ancient Plank Road starts in the north from Shaanxi Hanzhong and runs south to Bazhou, crossing the Qinba Mountain Area. In ancient times this was known as Daxing Road or Baling Road. There are relatively few tourists here, with good scenery along the way. Visitors that prefer peace and quiet could choose this route. The Micang Mountain Ancient Plank Road has been prosperous since the Shang Dynasty. It used to be a key artery for military activity and commercial transport. There are numerous strongholds along the way, and many towns. It's a good place to get a sense of history.
