Danbi Bridge

Danbi Bridge is located in front of the Temple of Heaven in Beijing. It is a huge and long masonry platform. Its north Lianqiu Temple and south Lianqiu Temple combine the main building of the Temple of Heaven to form the main axis of the Temple of Heaven.

Danbi Bridge East has a square brick table, called a service table, three sides with carved stone railings, is the emperor when the sacrifice of washing and changing clothes. Every year when the prayer hall is held, a round account is set up on this stage, called the "Yuci", commonly known as the "Xiaojin Temple", which is an active house. The emperor salutes from the Zhai Palace to the prayer hall, and first changes his dress in the "Xiaojin Temple". When the emperor of the Ming Dynasty arrived here, Take off your shoes and then salute the temple. This means cleanliness and does not bring dust to the altar. After taking off your shoes, the passage of the temple (the Danbi Bridge) is a walkway covered with brown blankets. This large martyrdom leads directly to the temple.

There are three stone roads on Danbi Bridge, the middle is Shendao, the East Royal Road, the West King Road, the North High and South Low, the North End is 4 meters high, the South End is 1 meter high, the north is rising step by step, such as Lintianting. Every winter solstice, the emperor will sacrifice the sky.

Danbi Bridge is also known as Haitang Avenue. It is connected to the main axis of the inner altar of the Temple of Heaven and the Temple of Prayer. It is 360 meters long and gradually rises from south to north. It was built in the 18th year of Mingyongle (1420). There are three stone roads on Danbi Bridge, the middle is Shendao, and the stone surface is slightly curved.

丹陛桥也称海墁大道，为天坛内坛的主轴线，是连接祈年殿和皇穹宇的南北大道，一长360米、宽29.4米的砖石台基。"丹"意为红，"陛"原指宫殿前的台阶。一条笔直坦荡的大道之所以又称"丹陛桥"是因为道路下辟有一个券洞，与上面的大道正好形成立体交叉。丹陛桥南端高约1米，北端却高约3米，由南向北逐渐升高，象征皇帝步步高升，寓升天之意。

天路丹陛桥位于首都北京的天坛公园内，丹陛桥是天坛公园内一条高四米，宽30米的一条石质大道，连接祈年殿和回音壁，是封建社会冬至皇帝祭天的必经大道，整条大道用大石条铺就，非常威武壮观。彰显皇家对上天的敬畏之心。
