Shencang

Shencang is located in the east of Taisui Palace in the first agricultural altar of Beijing, built in the 17th year of Qing Qianlong (1752), is the place to store farmland and harvest valleys. South to the gate, three arched door holes, black glazed tiles, green cut edges, scarlet gates, high atmosphere, nine-way gold door nails, showing the supreme identity of the royal. Shencang is divided into two courtyards before and after, with moon doors connecting in the middle. There is a swirling pavilion in the courtyard, 6.9 meters square, four corners of the swirling tip, the top is naturally closed, and the underside is decorated with spindle painted. Next to the swirling pavilion, there is a round swirling tile, green cut edge, and round swirling tip. The round scorpion is unique in shape, beautiful in color and beautifully decorated. It not only has gorgeous and durable ornamental value, but also has high use value. It is worthy of being the first warehouse in the world. There are two rows of east and west temples on both sides of the scorpion pavilion, which is the god barn. The air windows on the top of the houses on both sides are small and chic, beautiful in shape. The air windows naturally rise from the roof and blend into the entire courtyard, which is pleasing to the eye. The Shencang building is rigorous, solid in structure and dignified in shape, which is a rare small-scale building in the Ming Dynasty.
