大名鼎鼎的画家村，可是在热火朝天的大干一番之后，就慢慢沉寂了，现在很少再有人提了，不过随着北京副中心的搬迁，这里的土地将会越来越值钱，按照政府的逻辑，估计画家村就要拆迁了
来这里不光是参观画廊的，宋庄的自然环境十分舒适。
