这是我们第三次品尝鼎泰丰美食，这个店第二次。鼎泰丰的美食，尤其是小笼包鲜美无比、咬一口满口留香的感觉难以忘却。借着五一节的名头，带着家人（7人，包括2个小孩）到此一饱口福。鼎泰丰还是那样一如既往那么牛，没有电话或网络预定，人到自然排队等候，留下联系方式，等候排位。先隔着透明的橱窗观赏大师傅现场制作的高超技艺。      大约等候半小时，点菜过程倒很简单。拿着印刷好的菜单，挑好吃的打钩、填上份数就可以了，反正对鼎泰丰的招牌菜比较熟悉。我们点了炸排骨6美元*2、凉拌干丝5.5美元、猪肉小笼包11.75$、蟹粉小笼包13.75美元、元盅土鸡汤8美元、蟹肉馄饨汤9.5$、油豆腐细粉汤7.5美元等等。上菜很快，服务也很到位。一家人饱餐一顿，心满意足。最后上了一大盘Shaved ice 综合刨冰大10.00美元，大受孩子们的欢迎。总体感觉，鼎泰丰美食的确名至实归，色鲜味俱全，价格中等，西雅图的鼎泰丰与台北正宗鼎泰丰基本旗鼓相当
