O. Henry Museum

The former residence of the famous American writer O'Henry is a small house. The visit here is free, so most of them are foreigners. The interior decorations are still retaining the previous style. The house can be visited in ten minutes.

This is a great place to get to know O. Henry Works History and his family, the house is small, the total browsing time is about 20 minutes. Also, it is free!

Remember the text "The Gift of Maggie" from high school, written by O'Henry, who lived here with his wife and daughter from 1893 to 1985, and is known as O'Henry's former residence in Austin. It is now the O'Henry Museum. The museum is free and visitors can learn more about O'Henry's stories and works here.
