This traditional restaurant located on the waterfront in the center of Bryggen was a Nordic pearl that I met during lunch. The staff was very polite and introduced that the great-value lobster lunch that day was half the price of the nearby fish market that specializes in tourists. Waiting time I leisurely admire the pictures of the houseboat on the wall. The wooden furniture is simple and elegant. The old boat model is also very precious. Half a grilled lobster with green leafy vegetables. Putting the sweet lobster meat on the bread with butter cheese and lemon juice is really delicious~
Come to Bergen, in such a historic port, taste the traditional Norwegian cuisine, this shop is worth recommending...! Eat full, taste, 350 per capita, excluding drinks! Lamb and reindeer are good, but whale and salmon are nothing special!
The venison leg meat is simply praise, the meat is tender, there is no peculiar smell, the whale meat is praise, and the price is cheaper than the opposite seafood market. The serving size is not small. It's best to book in advance, the online booking on the official website is not easy.
This is a bit interesting to say, I saw the recommendation in the book before I set off, marked it specifically, and then left it behind. . . When I arrived in Bergen and checked into the hotel, the front desk mm recommended a restaurant in Bryggen to us, and then walked over and found that it was closed. As the rain is getting bigger and bigger, there is no way to find this one nearby. It was a little surprise to find out later that it was the restaurant I wanted to go to. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, simple and elegant, and very warm. The location is also in the center of Bryggen and serves traditional Norwegian dishes. The pre-dinner bread is delicious, the best in these 20 days! I ordered two kinds of fish, reindeer steak, and I felt that the reindeer steak was average and the fish were good. The baby potatoes are delicious and original, just dipped in salt and pepper. Coffee originally thought it was a cup, but who knew it was a pot, it was true. The last order was RMB 905.
