参观完新建犹太教堂，转了两条街来到Factory girl ～德国当地人推荐的最好吃的甜品店。在柏林逛吃逛吃颇费一番周折，不单路是斜的，门牌号码还转着圈儿排，走到路的尽头再往回找，周围绿地、古堡众多，不时吸引着我们探寻的目光。暮然回首时，街口矗立着这家店。能诱发邻家女孩公举梦的可爱装饰，舒适又自然，除甜品外还有简餐，如果休闲的话，坐在窗前看一下午的书，听着轻缓悦耳的音乐，该是多么惬意。最爱的芝士蛋糕不到中午就卖光了，无奈之下要了黑森林蛋糕、核桃派，配不加糖的咖啡，以及火腿橄榄酸奶酪，竟然被惊艳到了。黑森林蛋糕正是起源于德国的，所用的奶油、果料、巧克力和酒都是纯正天然的食材，诱发原材料本身的香味，甜度不高，就像呼吸到纯净的空气一样舒爽，而以往吃的那些可比作污浊的空气。所有甜点都是当天烘焙出炉，真材实料，凸显食物的本味，甜度多加以蜂蜜，所以核桃派也很美味，犹如香酥的曲奇饼夹着核桃馅。咖啡也很醇香，泡沫丰富，作为甜点的最佳标配，口感恰到好处。吃奶酪除了法国、荷兰就是德国了，奶源最好，超市里各种奶酪多达数百种，足以使人眼花缭乱。餐厅吃的好处是人家已经给搭配好了，蘸酸奶油、橄榄、蔬菜酱或蜂蜜，最好喝上一杯白葡萄酒，感受牛奶精华里吮指回味的悠长滋味。可惜了我这个匆匆走过的观光客，万般留恋也不知道下次何时再回来。
