It only takes about 20 minutes to ride from Takujinkan to Shinei Hill, and there are basically big downhills along the way, so it’s a great ride. This is a viewpoint slightly higher than the surrounding hills, and you can see the panoramic road 360 degrees without dead ends, and every angle is the scenery.
Come to this observatory park to appreciate the idyllic scenery. The landscape here is really good and the view is wide. When we face a large number of green oil paintings, we feel happy and suddenly open up.
A very beautiful observation platform, with green grasslands at a glance, and the scenery is also very good. There are toilets and drinking places on the observation platform. If you are tired, you can rest here. There are local specialty lavender ice cream sold here.
It is definitely a big surprise to come to Shinei Hill! Because I went to Sanai no Oka Observation Park and Kitanishi No Ooka Observation Park before, and I found it average and nothing amazing. So when I came all the way to this last attraction, I felt that there was nothing to look forward to, and the trip to Biei was about to end. But when I got out of the car and saw a large sea of vibrant sunflowers, I suddenly became excited! In the distance are rolling mountains. Although the sun is not very good, this golden sunflower makes me completely intoxicated. Unexpectedly, I have been shooting here for a long time, not inferior to Four Seasons Color Hill.
Shinei-no-Oka Observation Park is a stop on Biei's ultra-wide-angle road cycling. It is a great location to enjoy the sunset with a wide view. There are white scarecrows and signs at the door, so it is easy to recognize. The specialty here is a large field of sunflowers, so even after the lavender season, there is a good view. The view behind the hillside is very wide, and the view is refreshing.
