Ten guests (we didn't know each other) sat around a horseshoe shaped table and enjoyed the sommelier description of each wine and why he paired it with the chef's dinner choices.The food was outstanding and the variety unbelievable. The chef explained the flavors and techniques perfectly. From grilled octopus, to kafte, to grilled pineapple with lime glace, every person at the table tried something they had never tried before. Even the one vegetarian at the dinner enjoyed the complex dishes to their fullest.
