The clientele was all Chinese (or east Asian anyway) at the time that I came, which was a good sign. The menu is utterly simple, just eight items to choose from, so it's easy to navigate. I went for the hand pulled noodle dish. It was amazing. The noodles were thick, long, and kind of chewy. It was an oily and pleasantly spicy dish. No meat; just noodles, some oily, spicy paste, and some vegetables garnished around it. I honestly have no idea what kind of spices they used, or even what vegetable garnishes they used, but nonetheless highly recommend this. The woman behind the register who took my order was also smiley and very friendly.
They only accept cash! But it's totally worth it! The food is delicious and a little spicy, so don't forget to order water/a beverage!
Gene''s Chinese Flatbread Cafe，说是cafe，其实是西安菜嘛，肉夹馍啊凉皮啊，很好吃，特别开胃呢
